Miracal Chat for Sellers

1. Storefront Setup & Account Obligations

By registering a seller storefront on Miracal Chat, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current business information, including your operating name, support contact, and authorized business phone number. You are solely responsible for all actions conducted under your account credentials.

• Direct Ownership: You maintain primary custody of your customer conversations and storefront catalog data.
• Identity Accuracy: You must not impersonate other brands, trademark holders, or third-party retail entities.

2. Catalog Listings, Pricing & Order Fulfillment

All products, services, and inventory items listed on your digital catalog must reflect genuine, fulfillable stock with clear Indian Rupee (INR) pricing inclusive of mandatory taxes.

• Fulfillment Timelines: Sellers are obligated to dispatch orders within the timeframes promised during the chat checkout.
• Accurate Descriptions: Product images, specifications, and warranty details must not mislead shoppers.
• Independent Contracts: All contracts of sale are formed directly between you (the Seller) and the Shopper. Miracal Chat facilitates the storefront software and communication pipe.

3. Fees, Billing & Account Suspension Policy

Basic storefront creation is free. Optional paid upgrades (advanced catalog management, branded QR counter hardware, and enterprise analytics) are billed in accordance with the selected tier. Platform transaction fees, where applicable, are deducted at settlement.

Suspension & Termination: Miracal Chat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any storefront that engages in fraudulent transactions, sells prohibited goods, exhibits repeated non-fulfillment, or violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
